Standard design with one double tilt and turn window PE48T (opening
inwards). A single tilt and turn window PE47T
(opening inwards). A double door PE45T, a single door DD01, a built in
canopy measuring approx 100cm x 250cm and an internal wall as shown in floor
plans. Windows and doors are double glazed.

Finished with metal ridge capping piece, double bargeboard and weatherboard.
Laminated doors (i.e. slow to warp) with aluminium wear strip. Windows and
doors fitted with solid brass or chrome hinges and locks. 19mm roof boards
fitted with tongue and groove, calculated to allow for snow load. Double
glazed windows fitted with adjustable hinges and rubber draught excluder.
